The way you tell what version you have is by looking at the lable under the battery

You will see a SONY Model PSP ****, **** is the model number. You only need to worry about the first digit. i.e. psp 1003 would be a psp 1000.

We offer a free, no obligation inspection Service. Just bring or post your console that needs to be repaired to our workshop and our engineers will carry out a full inspection. Once we have inspected your faulty console our engineer will contact you with an repair cost. If you decide not to go ahead with the repair then you are free to collect the console from our workshop or pay for postage of the console back to you

once your console is repaired we bench test it to ensure it will perform well once you get it home.

We put your console through its paces to check that it can perform like new

If the console does not pass our bench test then we do not charge you for the repair
